How does pricing work?
Setup, then subscription. The setup fee covers getting the product to a state where it carries out the work we agreed on at the start. After that, you pay a monthly subscription to use it. Maintenance and ongoing updates are included.
What does setup actually cover?
Matching the product to your real workflow, configuring it against your real data, and auditing what software you can drop once Control is doing the job. Operators routinely save thousands a year on SaaS they were paying for and barely using.
Is it really custom?
Yes. Your version of a Control product is built against your operation, not a shared multi-tenant SaaS — we maintain it as part of subscription. If you later ask for a feature that improves the product for every operator, we'll build it in for free. Changes that only serve your specific case are priced separately.
