Overview
A performance platform for hospitality where managers set personal and team targets, configure their own rewards, AI grounds the numbers in real history and bookings, and progress gets pushed daily to whatever team chat the venue already uses.
The problem
Targets live in spreadsheets staff never see. Bonuses feel arbitrary. Whoever's on shift gets credit for the run. The team isn't pulling together; nobody knows where they stand until the month closes.
What we built
Per-server KPIs plus team and shift targets. Managers configure any-metric, any-reward incentives. AI suggests realistic numbers grounded in history, weather, and bookings. Recaps push daily to WhatsApp, Slack, or Crew so the scoreboard lives where the team already lives.
